    Fri 22 Sep 2017
Would your child like to be a St Brigid's Reading Councillor?  It's an incredibly important role.  A Reading Councillor will be responsible for helping to further improve reading opportunities at our school.  A Reading Councillor will develop reading opportunities at break time and lunch times, they will help take care of and maintain the school library and their class library, they will make sure that every class has visited the local library at least once a term and they will lead on pupil voice - leading on questionaires, book purchases and next steps for our school improvement.   If your child is interested, they will need to collect an application form from Mrs Sinclair and spend time writing their manifesto.   They will share their application with their class on Wednesday.  Friday will be voting day and the children who received the most votes will be announced in assembly.
